RUC grids from NCEP - pgrb out to 9h hourly, GRIB2

Hello: NCEP has increased access to RUC data from its ftp server: 1) pgrb20 (isobaric + 93 2d grids) RUC data are available hourly out to 9 h (yes, out to 9h!) at non 3-h times (e.g., 01z, 02z, 04z, 05z...). RUC "pgrb" files are 40km resolution (from the operational RUC, which is actually run at 13km resolution). RUC "pgrb20" files are at 20km resolution. Bottom line: Users can finally ftp RUC gribs out to at least 9h every hour. Also, RUC pgrb/pgrb20 files are available hourly to 12h at the 3-hourly init times (i.e., 10h and 11h files are available at init times at 00z, 03z, 06z,...) 2) GRIB2 files are now available for all RUC grids, in addition to GRIB(1) files. GRIB2 files are about 3x smaller than GRIB for pgrb files and up to 5x smaller for bgrb (native) RUC files.
