Message: Selecting forcast parameters

Hi,
 I'm a soaring pilot that uses your MAPS forcast for the Huntsville, Al area.
What I haven't figured out yet is how to get a 36hr forecast from the latest soundings (0000z or 1200Z)in 6 hr. increments. Can you help me with this?
