At the three hourly times, the available hours are analysis, 1, 2, 3, 6, and 9
hours (understood that 12 hours will eventually become available). Will all
hours (1,2,3,4,5,6,7...12) ever be available during the field test or only when
RUC2 becomes the operational RUC? Also, is there any discussion of extending
the operational RUC2 to 15 or 18 hours?
