Due to computer problems at NCEP, the implementation scheduled for May 20th has been postponed. The likely "make-up date" is May 27th, but I will post that information when it becomes official.  In the meantime, there is a web page with graphics to compare the operational RUC and the NCEP pre-implementation 3DVAR parallel at http://wwwt.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/mmb/ruc2/para I have had some difficulties ensuring that the page updates in real-time, but at the minimum, there are enough plots available to make a meaningful evaluation of the comparisons.
