RUC20 on NOAAPort

Are the 20km RUCs coming across the NoaaPort? I've been unable to find documentation of the proper WMO headers, so I've been watching the feed for model 105, grid 252. I've seen nothing come across in over a day of looking for it. Is my observation method flawed? Is it not on the NOAAPort? Is there documentation that will point me to the WMO headers I need to look for? Thank you for any help... brent
