Hello,
As I am not a meteorologist I was hoping some one could explain
the PRATE parameter? I am looking for percipation information
that will enable me to display up to six levels of weather.
This is the weather that is commonly seen on a weather radar.
If PRATE can't do this is there a parameter or combination of
parameters in RUC that can?
