NCEP had a power outage today at 1730z, according to the 'NCEP status messages' link at the RUC web site. They have failed over to the backup 40km RUC run at FSL, according to their message. However, I cannot get onto the OSO server at this time. I would monitor the NCEP status messages to keep track of the latest situation. |
