is there a formula for converting between xy polar stereographic coordinates (xy) and lat and lon? I'm looking at netcdf files of RUC 60km data, consisting of a 12x14 xy polar stereographic (grid#87) grid of data which includes the lat and lon coordinates at the gridpoints. I need to get the xy coordinates for specific lat/lon coordinates (ie: not at the gridpoints)
