To all RUC users-

 The set of advertised changes that were
scheduled to be implemented this morning will
NOT be made today. NCEP has declared a "critical"
weather day today due to the continued threat of
violent convection in the Arklatex region. No
implementations can be made on a critical weather
day. There is a chance that the critical weather
day may be extended beyond today and delay the
implementation further. I will keep you posted.
