We discovered yesterday (Tuesday) that profiler winds had been getting into the RUC perhaps only 4 times per day for the last week. We checked with the Profiler Hub folks here at FSL, and they investigated timing and were able to speed up the transmission to the NWS Gateway. Apparently, the previous slow-down was related to the FSL building move here in Boulder. As of 17Z yesterday, the profiler data were back in the RUC again. So, if any of you were wondering about RUC winds matching profiler data over the past week, this is the explanation.
