Gridded RUC sounding data over NW CONUS

Hello, I am trying to find an archive of gridded RUC sounding data over the Western US.... Washington and Oregon... for the period November 2015 through January 2016. This period is coincident with the NASA's Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) OLYMPEx field campaign. I was hoping to get 20 km or 40 km (horizontal) temperature and height data for an radar analysis we are performing. Thanks.
