Jonathan, There is a NetCDF file for various static fields including landmarks for the RAP available at rapid refresh.noaa.gov/RAP/static/geo_em.d01.nc The analogous file for the HRRR is at http://rapidrefresh.noaa.gov/HRRR/static/geo_em.d01.nc These are large files; if you can't display these, I can send you images of (approximately) your area of interest by separate email. john b.
