op ruc graphics all show 'nw' area

Hello, All the non-'am'operational ruc graphics currently show just the 'nw' area. For example, when asking for a south-central map, a northwest US area graphic is returned. Also, the graphics for both op and backup ruc have been updating pretty much only in the evenings, for the past few weeks. Is this related to the rapid refresh work? Will the dev ruc be coming back?
