13km oper RUC graphics issues

Hi, The png images (south central US anyway) have some issues... the RUC soundings appear to have accurate windspeeds, but the images do not... also, the wind barbs are showing just NE and SW wind directions. http://ruc.noaa.gov/disp2.cgi?/w3/rapb/plots_20km_oper/.//+sa2_surf_wind+sc+00 at this moment in time is a good example.
