Missing 00-hour sounding

One thing that I have noticed is that the RUC Interactive Java Soundings do not provide the analysis (A) when you select all the defaults (including the "latest") using the Op20 for example. You get the F1, F2, F3, etc., but not the analysis (A). I have to choose an hour in the past (which unchecks "latest") to get the analysis. If I choose 12.0 as the number of hours, I'd like to see the analysis (A) along with F1, F2, F3, F6 and F12. Also, why isn't the nine hour forecast (F9) available?
