Tim, I checked on this with Carl Bullock at FSL, who works on AWIPS. Currently RUC13 data is scheduled to be available via NOAAPort as of OB7, about 1 year from now. Carl believes that it may be possible to move that up to OB6.1, which would be about Jan 2006. Stan
