We use the grid-211 (80km) RUCs, and archive these locally. I was wondering if there are any relatively easy to use graphical viewers that can operate on these RUCs and give you a picture, particularly of the wind fields at altitude? In the past I tried using PCGRIDDS, but never did get it working. I've also searched and found some info on GARP using GEMPAK, but it isn't clear if this is the best (only?) tool available. Thanks.
