You should be able to find native grids on the NOMADS server. This is only a short term archive though. https://nomads.ncep.noaa.gov/pub/data/nccf/com/rap/prod/rap.20190516/ Either rap.t00z.wrfnatf00.grib2 or rap.t00z.wrfprsf00.grib2 should work.
