RAP 13 km ix iy to lon lat grids

Hi There, Just wondering if there is a file for the RAP 13 km data domain lon lat grids instead of ix/iy in km. I checked previous post and the link is not accessible (at least on my side). http://ruc.noaa.gov/fslparms/13km/ Please suggest a new link maybe? Thank you so much! Best regards, Jiaxi
