RAP-Smoke grib access

Hi there, I'm a developer who works on an astronomy forecasting service for North America (https://www.astrospheric.com). I'm hoping to gain access to the binary grib RAP-Smoke experimental forecast available at ftp://gsdftp.fsl.noaa.gov/rap_smoke, but need a username/password to access. Is there info on how to get creds to access these resources? Thanks in advance! -Dan
