2015 RAP files missing

I am looking for RAP 13km hybrid level analysis files for 2015. Strangely that entire year is missing at http://soostrc.comet.ucar.edu/data/grib/rap/ If anyone knows where I could acquire this please let me know; I need native RAP files, not the pressure interpolated ones. Leigh
