RAP and HRRR moved to new web servers

Hello,

today we moved the RAP and HRRR web pages to a new web server. We believe that all of the major links are working correctly but there are many, many links to check. In some cases you may get a 'redirect' page that instructs you to change your bookmarks. We tried to minimize the number of redirects as we simplified the structure of our web offerings.

Please let webmaster-amb.gsd@noaa.gov know if you encounter any errors.
