Finding model level height above sea level

Hello, I am trying to find the height above sea level of the different model levels from the RAP 13 km model. I converted geopotential height to geometric height using equations from US Standard Atmosphere (1976). How do I find the height above sea level at a given point? For example, if I have a latitude and longitude, how do I find the height at level 10? Thank you, - Forrest
