RAP 13km hybrid level data

Hi, I am working on a project using RAP 13km hybrid level data. I have discovered some holes in our dataset and would like to download some data and fill them. After searching the web, I can find archives of RAP 13km pressure level data, but not hybrid level data for all of the forecast times. (I found hybrid level data on soostrc.comet.ucar.edu/data/grib/rap but it is for the analysis hour only and not the forecasts). I am interested in data from 11/1/2015 - 8/29/2016. Does anyone know of a site where the RAP 13km hybrid level data are archived? Thanks, Margo Pawlak
