snow acc in ESRL RAP/HRRR now excluding sleet

Hello. As of 3/3/2015, snow accumulation in ESRL versions of HRRR and RAP was changed to exclude graupel (sleet) accumulation and to use only snow. We apologize for the confusion that sometimes occurred with sleet accumulation (such as in South Carolina last week) suggesting large actual snowfalls. More information is posted in the RAP/HRRR diagnostic field website at http://ruc.noaa.gov/rr/RAP_var_diagnosis.html#Snow. A new field for sleet accumulation (also calculated explicitly from graupel reaching the ground) will be added in the future.
