frozen precip % added to HRRR-NCEP output

Frozen precipitation percentage is available as an output gridded product from the HRRR-NCEP. And as of yesterday, graphic products have been added to the HRRR webpage output under http://rapidrefresh.noaa.gov/HRRR/Welcome.cgi . This diagnostic is calculated from the explicit snow/graupel precip vs. total precip as described under http://ruc.noaa.gov/rr/RAP_var_diagnosis.html#frozperc. Frozen precip % graphics will be added to the ESRL HRRR/RAP products in the near future.
