The RAP files I got from NOMADS come from this location with this naming convention: http://nomads.ncdc.noaa.gov/data/rap130/201405/20140531/rap_130_20140531_0000_000.grb2 As a result, the file path/name gives no indication of what vertical coordinate is used. So I still don't know which Vtable to use.
