The post processing bug that caused the incoming shortwave surface flux to have bad values in the bgrb files has been fixed as of 14z 20 March 2014. Our apologies for taking so long to get this corrected, but NCEP Central Operations is running a series of upgrades to the supercomputer and were unable to schedule this fix any sooner. A previous post of mine said that this parameter was also in the pgrb files - that is not correct. It is found in the 32 km full domain (awip32) files and the Alaska grid 242 files.
