RAP archive data missing for 08212013

Hi, Yesterday August 21st 2013, there is only RAP data from 0 am to 12pm. Data from noon to the end the yesterday is missing. When will those missing data for yesterday be archived? Data for August 22nd 2013 (today) has been archived, so is there an error on posting yesterday's data?
