slight change in behavior of the soundings

Greetings,

today we made a slight change to the behavior of the interactive soundings display at http://rucsoundings.noaa.gov/.

Now, when you ask to load "n" hours, you will get "n" soundings. Previously, you got "n+1" soundings (both endpoints of the time window). Now, you no longer get the sounding at the future end of the time window. So, for instance, if the latest Op40 analysis is at 18Z and you ask for 3 hours and "latest" Op40 data, you'll get soundings for 18Z, 19Z, and 20Z. Also, the default number of hours to load was changed from 3.0 to 1.0.

This may impact users who automatically download soundings in text format: you'll get one fewer soundings than you previously got.

Please let me know of any questions or concerns.

-Bill
