Actually, you can shift the temperature axis by using the 'zoom' feature of the interactive soundings page (at http://rucsoundings.noaa.gov/). Start the zoom by placing the cursor near the middle of the x-axis. Then click and drag up and a little bit toward the right. Release the mouse button when the cursor is near the top of the plot. Then the 'zoomed' plot will be shifted toward the right (toward higher temperatures).

Click the '150 mb scale' button to unzoom.
