Upgrade to RUC soundings display

Greetings, today we upgraded the RUC soundings display at http://rucsoundings.noaa.gov/. You can now request the page to display *only* soundings from a particular model forecast projection. That is, using the new 'Desired forecast projection' choice box, you can specify that you only want to see, for instance, 3-h forecasts. Of course, if there's no 3-h forecast available in the time window you specify, you won't get a sounding. So, you can now get a series of, for instance, 3-h soundings--for each available hour in the time window you specify. The default behavior of the soundings display continues to be to show the shortest forecast projection available at each valid hour requested. In addition, the 'Desired forecast projection' choice is ignored for non-model soundings. Please notify me with questions or if you encounter any issues. -Bill
