The parallel RUC in testing at NCEP was found last Friday to not be correctly ingesting radar reflectivity data, but this was fixed this afternoon. Comparisons of the operational and parallel RUC real-time products at http://wwwt.emc.ncep.noaa.gov/mmb/ruc2/para will now show expected radar-assimilation differences again. The previous problem might have been there for the last few weeks, so if you had looked recently at this web site and had not seen what you expected, try again.
