Verification using independent surface observation

Hello,
I want to evaluate 2004 RUC analyzes in different regions of the US. As I understand RUC assimilation, is that it will ingest NCEP ASOS and many other data streams in real-time. Is there a way to determine if a particular observation station is ingested or not?
