Is this LI calculation correct?

Take a look at this 18Z RUC Skew-T analysis link below for KUZA. The LI provided on the right column of derived data shows zero. When I lift a surface parcel as shown in the link below, it indicates an LI of -2C.

If CAPE is calculated as "Best CAPE" or MUCAPE, is the LI that is shown in the column on the upper right calculated as "Best LI" or MULI? Or is LI derived some other way?
