Data of this sort is not routinely gathered at a central location, so far as I know. To answer your question more precisely, if that is possible from here, would require you to specify more specifically what you need. Generally, boundary-layer data pertaining to air quality is gathered by state or local agencies, under Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mandates or guidlines. The RUC does have a boundary-layer depth product that is not bad, but may not be on the scales you are looking for, and is based largely on model forecasts. You might check out the Air Resources Lab of NOAA, http://www.arl.noaa.gov.
