Jerry, Try using the interactive sounding applet available from the index on the left side from the RUC web page. You can choose an airport or even a lat/lon location and then see vertical profiles for up to 24h in advance from an FSL version of the RUC20. This tool has been used heavily for other soaring/sailing/balloon enthusiasts.
