Dear forum subscribers,

I apologize for the message over the weekend that was sent from Ireland. Some of you may be aware that the acronym 'RUC' is known in Ireland as the Royal Ulster Constabulary, a Northern Ireland police organization. This RUC is controversial and arouses intense commentary, to say the least, as shown by the weekend message from a Sinn Fein address. This is the third such message over the last year. For what it's worth, the Northern Ireland RUC has recently changed its name to the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI).

The RUC we concern ourselves with here is a weather forecast model, as most of you know. We will consider moderating this forum in the future if necessary.
