Message: ruc236 parameter definition

Is there a document that defines what all the parameters
are in the ruc236 file? I am not a meterologist so I need
a guide as to what I am looking at. Something on the order
of Stan's MAPS/RUC diagnosed variables for all the
parameters would be great. Thanks.
