If one follows the usual convention that clock-wise rotation is negative and counterclockwise rotation is positive, is it then not true that one has to put a minus-sign in front of the above formula sin(Lat_true)*(longitude -long_true), if indeed this is the rotation applied going from Lambert Conformal (u,v) back to (lat,long)? In the above formula lat_true is 25deg.
