Message: real-time RUC-2 from OSO server

I have been regularly downloading the RUC-2 hourly analysis data. Since Tuesday morning ( 11/07/01 ), I am not able to logon to the ftp server 140.90.6.103 to download the RUC-2 data. Is the server down and can I get the data from an alternate source.
