Stan,

it appears that the RUCs files are still coming from FSL not NCEP
(at least on the OSO ftp site). Will this continue for some time
or will those files also be created with NCEP GRIB headers soon.

I concur with Tom Hicks post that FSL has done an excellent job
keeping the RUC post-fire downtime to a minimum. Thanks!
