I appologize in advance if this question has been answered before, but I did not see the answer in the current list of messages. I am currently looking at data from RUC files using the wgrib v1.7 and it appears that the date has a two digit year. I am curious as to weather the year field will be 2,3 or 4 digits. Thanks,
