Many of the RUC runs were slow and there were some missing files over the weekend. This has been fixed as of the 15z run this morning. The reasons for the problems have to do with an SGI message passing (mpi) issue and a workaround for that developed at FSL. This was causing multiple jobs to be resubmitted, overloading the machine. There is also a land use/soil type incompatibility issue that may be involved. The runs should be timely and complete now, and we will check out any possible land-use issues.
