The RUC analysis bug regarding use of significant level temp/dewpoint data described in the 1 April and 6 April postings was fixed for today's 12z run. You'll see quite a difference in how the RUC now matches raob skewt structures. Geoff Manikin at NCEP/EMC and Brent Gordon at NCEP/NCO quickly accomplished the final testing and actual implementation into operations. Stan |
