This is a heads-up from NCEP for all RUC II users of the 40-km output grid

on pressure levels (also known as the pgrb output). The grid number will

be changed from 255 to 236. The change will take place during the morning

of Tuesday February 16. The most likely cycle for this implementation is

the 13Z one, but I will post another message that morning with the exact

timing.
