The change package described in the last message was indeed put in this morning in the 12z run. The change for RUC boundary conditions to account for the Eta RH w.r.t. water/ice was also put in. The accounting for Eta RH w.r.t. water/ice will be pulled back when the Eta RH 11/3 change is also pulled back. That may happen tomorrow (Tuesday), according to Geoff Manikin. Stan |
