I have some local applications that evaluating and display RAOB winds data. I'm sure you're aware, a RAOB is just a 'snapshot' and is not usable for any length of time after synoptic time. Since we use these data for forecasting, I'd like to get access to the RUC data and display and evaluate RUC forecast winds for some of the sites that you have available for skew-t plots.

How can I get a text file of RUC information for specific BUFR sounding sites without having to download the entire RUC datafile?
