Skewt plots derived from 40-km MAPS analyses and forecasts are now available from the MAPS homepage ( http://maps.fsl.noaa.gov ). These soundings are generated using a JAVA (tm) applet written by Bill Moninger of FSL's meteorological application branch. Use of this page requires a JAVA aware browser, but the non-JAVA version is still available.
