Message: Conversion from RUC-2 conus to RUC-1 polar sterographic domain

Several people have asked about converting the RUC-2 grids (40-km conic projection) to the 60-km polar stereographic projection used with RUC-1.
An informative README file along with a sample FORTRAN program were poste on our web page addressing these questions.
